'T'was a holiday for some, but not for moi. Thank goodness many of our clients were not in today. I got a lot done, but enough about work. ::g::

The fun stuff:
Got my schedule for ConDor - looks like I'm on 3 panels and have one autograph session. The 5 p.m. panel is one I suggested, so go me! Looking forward to spending time with [livejournal.com profile] allaboutm_e, [livejournal.com profile] untamed_sylph and Nancy Holder (who I know only via e-mail, but am looking forward to meeting in person).

Saturday:
10 AM - The Obligatory Kick-Ass Female: Hyper-competent women characters - Therri Moore, Maria Lima, William Stoddard, Janet Tait(M)

5 PM - Crossing Over: Blurring the lines between genres - John DeChancie, Nancy Holder, Maria Lima, Alice Massoglia(M), Deirdre Saoirse Moen

Sunday:
2 PM - The Aspiring Writer’s Toolkit: Beta readers, Clarion, writer’s workshops, and more - Maria Lima(M), Deirdre Saoirse Moen, T. N. Todaro, Karen Willson

Autographs : Maria Lima, Jonathan Vos Post

If you all have any suggestions for good questions for the Sunday panel, leave me a note in comments or e-me - the (M) means I'm moderating it.

No Monday off either

and it feels like we're the only two people in the world working!

Looking forward to meeting you! BTW, for your panel, a couple question/topic suggestions -
- What makes a good Beta reader and what makes a bad (i.e. Moms who love everything and people who don't read would be bad beta readers I'd think)
- The degree to which knowledge of current market trends is helpful to a new writer (I dunno)

Whee - almost ConDor time!

Thanks for the questions - anything helps as my brain is mostly a pack of sludge heading downhill. (dratted work, sucking all the life out of my head)
