The gods must be crazy.

Not only did I get a DVD from an eBay order days before I expected it, but a very difficult client call turned into a VERY pleasant experience.

I had to call him to tell him that we were trying to restore a corrupted database (and this is a guy that yells if there's a minor typo in his Web site)...and he said it was no problem. I think he's a pod person. A good version of a pod person.

Either way, it's made for a very happy pre-holiday day for me.

I'm leaving the office in about 2 hours to grocery shop (yes, I am a masochist!) and to go home and finish some minor cleaning so my apartment will be ready for the New Year.

She posted about Ken Russell's film, Women in Love and I *had* to order the DVD.

Now, I'm trying to figure out how to make it be 2:00 so I can leave work.
